Join us for a relaxed mid-morning safari in the Dinokeng Game Reserve, a Big 5 reserve located just 60 minutes from O.R. Tambo International Airport.

The reserve is home to the Big 5 — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. While there is always a possibility of seeing any or even all of them, sightings cannot be guaranteed as this is a natural, free-roaming wildlife environment.

In addition to the Big 5, Dinokeng is also home to cheetah, brown hyena, spotted hyena, and a wide variety of plains game and birdlife.

Your experience includes a 2.5–3 hour guided game drive led by one of our qualified and experienced field guides. As this drive takes place later in the morning, animal activity may be reduced compared to early morning safaris. This experience focuses more on fascinating nature facts, birdlife, tracks, trees, ecosystems, and the smaller details that make the African bush so remarkable.
