• Our activities are scheduled events and may be subject to seasonal adjustments.

• Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the activity.

• Late arrivals: If you arrive 10 minutes after the activity has started, your booking will be forfeited without a refund.

• All game drives primarily depart from Arlington Brewery & Cidery, which remains our main pickup location. For easier access, especially for day visitors, we have added Ngata Safari as additional pickup points, allowing guests to enjoy a smoother journey and avoid long gravel access roads.

  We also offer pickups from selected neighbouring lodges by prior arrangement.

  If you are booking an afternoon game drive and plan to arrive by Uber, please ensure that:

  • You pre-arrange with your Uber driver to wait until the activity is finished, or

  • You confirm a return pickup beforehand.
