• Late arrivals: If you arrive 10 minutes after the activity has started, your booking will be forfeited without a refund.

• Please note: All game drives start from Arlington Brewery & Cidery and not from any of the Dinokeng main gates, unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.

  If you are booking an afternoon game drive and plan to arrive by Uber, please ensure that:

  • You pre-arrange with your Uber driver to wait until the activity is finished, or

  • You confirm a return pickup beforehand.
